Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website miralimov.uz and Social Planner — a personal, self-hosted tool that Jonibek Miralimov uses to schedule and publish his own content (videos, photos and posts) to his own social media accounts, including his YouTube channel Jonibek Miralimov.

1. Who is responsible

Jonibek Miralimov, Samarkand / Tashkent, Uzbekistan — a private individual. Contact: via the links on miralimov.uz (Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn).

2. Social Planner is used only by its owner

Social Planner is not a public service. It has a single user — the owner — and is protected by a password. No other person can sign up, connect an account or upload content. It does not collect, request or process data of any other users.

3. Google / YouTube data

Social Planner connects to the owner's YouTube channel through Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API with the scopes https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly. It uses this access only to:

• identify the connected channel (its ID and name) once, when the owner connects it — the only use of youtube.readonly;
• upload videos created by the owner to the owner's own channel;
• set the title, description, tags, privacy status and publish time of those videos;
• optionally set a custom thumbnail for those videos.

It does not read, analyse, download, sell or share YouTube data of anyone, and it does not access comments, subscribers, analytics or other channels. The OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored only on the owner's private server (Uzbekistan), are never shared with third parties and are used only for the actions above.

The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Uploading through YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Other networks

In the same way Social Planner publishes the owner's content to his own Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts using the official APIs of these platforms. Only the owner's own accounts are connected.

5. Visitors of miralimov.uz

The website has no forms and no accounts. It uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits (pages viewed, approximate country, device type). Google may set cookies for this purpose. Embedded YouTube videos load from YouTube only when you press play. You can block cookies in your browser at any time.

6. Storage and deletion

Uploaded media files are kept on the owner's server only as long as needed to publish them and are then deleted automatically. The owner can revoke Social Planner's access to YouTube at any time in the Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the stored tokens are then deleted from the server.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
